I remember some concert in Tel-Aviv where Pinchas Zukkerman played, and Ilona Fehér was in the crowd - very old already, and at the end of the concert, he raised his both hands to stop the crowd from clapping - and he asked Ilona to stand up, which she refused for few seconds, then agreed - and he asked the all the clapping all the cheers and all the praise go to her - for both he owned her his ability to play the music - and it was also her birthday.

Erez Ofer ist seit vielen Jahren Konzertmeister beim Rundfunksinfonieorchester Berlin. Ich habe ihn zum ersten Mal beim 1. Kulenkampff-Wettbewerb in Köln gehört, Ende der 80er Jahre. Für mich war er der klar Beste, hat aber nur einen dritten Preis erhalten, soweit ich mich erinnere.

I think Hagai Shaham played last, he recorded the Hubay Concertos, who was her teacher. Taking this into consideration, it is no coincedence he recorded Mozart with Mintz.

Jenő Hubay-Father of all violinist- was Ilona Fehér's teacher, no metioned in the film...the Israeli school is- de facto -part of the hungarian Hubay school.
