@@TheresaAdido Don't mind him. He's wrong. Kwara is Western. It's geographic location being described. Let him look at the map. Kwara state is even more Southern than Northern, and there's nothing Central about it. They want to claim the whole country.

I don't really have an idea of how things work because I'm not a medical student, but I know of someone who did his internship there and did not complain about anything, but Ilorin generally is a nice place
