Almond Milk is great! I used to deal with reaaaaally bad acne and mine was hormonal. I ended up going gluten free and also dairy free and drank a green smoothie once a day. Cured it instantly! Also, drank a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water. For my skin I used Tea Tree Oil bar soap from Trader Joe and used ACV as a toner. I used Grapeseed Oil as a moisturizer. I hope some of this helps you out!

Yay! You liked the almond milk. I like to make homemade almond milk. Easy to make & no added sugar. You should try it 😊👍🏻 my baby brother loves it he's 21mon. Old. I watch him during the day & He's lactose intolerant so I've been making it since he turned 12mon. Your kids are getting soooo big! Their so darn cute❤️

We recently switched to almond milk too! My son and I love it. If you like cashews, you should try cashew milk. It's creamier than almond milk. It makes sense that cows milk can be bad for you. It has all the calories and hormones it needs to turn a baby calf into a huge cow.
