The more in-depth explanation is appreciated. I am 40 & dealing with pain associated with most likely adenomyosis. BCP, Naprosyn & chiropractic care have helped but I'd prefer not to take hormones..I've also used chaste tree and Red Clover to help regulate estrogen. Lots of aching, tenderness and discomfort in my lower back and abdomen.
