well basically when the box FIRST moves it activates Fire Sales, which means in the higher rounds you can get a fire sale when you could of got something more useful, like a max ammo so he hits the box trying to get a mark 2 before the box moves, hence all the restarts to get the game going. Can take a while to get the game going but its definitely worth it in the higher rounds.
