In the 9th grade I had a nervous breakdown at school. This video really gave me the confidence to go back. My heart rate and breathing was almost never normal for the whole 7 hours a day at school because of my anxiety. I barely ate, which caused me to lose a lot of weight and my hands would shake. I was in that intense state for about 4 months, and then slowly I improved. Now I'm a senior and it's pretty much gone. I only feel it once in a blue moon. So thank you for making this video, it really did help me.

In your description you said other good anime and mentioned avatar. Though it is a good animated series it is not an anime which people constantly tend to confuse.
