I love how people are coming up with so many creative minigames in GD. Personally, I'm remaking Hollow Knight, and it's been a really interesting experience. Really cool to see all the different kinds of games you can make. I'd recommend adding more complex/interesting forms of generating money, since a lot of tycoon games increase variety by having side modes or similar to get more money. Even cookie clicker has some stuff that you can manually do.

I was going to add more interesting stuff in my tycoon. However, I couldn't think of any unique stuff to add and making unique things. But I think my idea is unique enough, especially that this tycoon is also mixed with the idea of a regular platformer. Also it is pretty ironic for people to tell other people to create more unique ideas when they are literally ripping off other games (no hate intended). Thanks for the feedback and ideas though! @exwundee king's pass, dirtmouth, all three crossroads bosses, and path of pain, coded with fully functional 4 directional nail, double jump, wall jump, dash, and cdash. Most of the coding is already complete, too. Just gotta add the bosses.

the only thing I would change are the spikes. tycoon games aren‘t meant for challenges or to loose your entire progress over one, so removing spikes would be a great move. other than that I think it‘s great

You could also replace the spikes by setting them to "no touch" and place an hidden trigger that teleports you back at the start of the "parkour" This avoids resetting the entire level and lose progress, while keeping the level intresting

You should make it so that when you hit a Spike, instead of killing you, it teleports you back to spawn and maybe makes you lose 10% of your coins.

1 quick question I know this is stupid but, does your current progress save while you exit the level? No one have ever done this before (no, im not talking about the percentage of the level), like example, if you got like 5m coins and exited the level, does your progress reset and you had to start everything from square one again? I hope 2.2 has everything you need
