Love these kind of videos 🫶🏼 I’ve been not feeling okay lately which resulted in me not getting my period (stress, lost 5 kg within a week due to no appetite) and I just feel gross/ uncomfortable in my own body. I’ve started eating regularly again and doing yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ (still haven’t been to the gym in 4 weeks… I just feel weak and defeated if that makes sense).. step by step doing the things I used to enjoy. I was just wondering if someone went through the same thing & got their period back eventually? I never had issues physically & always felt healthy so this is kind of scary to me.
