So for those who dont get it, Deku has kinda like negative thoughts before and try to make himself 'dissapear' from the world, then Bakugou was on his side trying to help him overcome those thoughts. One day Bakugou went into coma and Deku was really deppressed and he also went back to his negative thoughts again . He tried to attempt but suddenly remembered he had promised Bakugou he would stay alive for him. So he threw away those pills that he wanted to attempt with. And so he is trying his very best to keep himself away from attempts for Bakugou.
