@@Ayyush_h cuz everyone wants PC commison and the govt cannot provide pension to everyone so they just want them to work for 14 years..plus the board extends few of them to PC who can exceptionally contribute to the defence in some manner..they cannot give everyone PC...through OTA...it's of no use to them rather govt will have to spend much more on pension and other facilities to these officers which the govt dosent want...this is the ultimate truth..don't confuse it with other 3 forces😏
