IMA55 Rotates and Extends, 1/2 speed

This inside view of the Tolomatic IMA rod-style actuator shows how the rotation of the motor- rotor is transferred to linear motion. The IMA electric linear actuator contains both the motor and linear actuator into one compact unit. The roller nut and lead screw are surrounded by the motor windings and stator making for a much shorter linear actuator.
