iMac 27" 2019 5K CPU / SSD / Memory Upgrade

It is amazing….astounding even, how many of these same iMac CPU upgrade videos spend absolutely no time on breaking down the process of installing that heatsink: arguably THE most difficult part of any 2019 5k i5 iMac upgrade….no one shows how to do it or make it relatively easier save for iFixit.

Very interesting.I have the same machine with the standard 128Gb PCIe SSD and 2TB HDD operating as a fusion drive.I'm comfortably with opening up the machine and removing/fitting new parts but how do I go about setting up the two separate drives? Like you, I want to fit a 2TB PCIe SSD as the new main drive and fit a SATA SSD as an additional storage drive. Can you provide the steps to get the thing setup like that?
