I came back from kashmir a month back. I fell at sonmarg in the snow mountain and my leg is in plaster since 5 weeks. The authorities/ govt./ stakeholders should all come together and make Srinagar under snow a special attraction fr genuine explorers both domestic and foreign. As it seems obvious, the tech, the amenities need to be of global standards, and that's what major destinations in Europe, US and Asia do. I was in Himachal and the scenario is similar...in spite of being pristine Himalayas the amenities and infra needs upgrade fr attracting the right kind of explorers ( not mass tourist invasion).
