Today, Lionel Froidure, will show you how he is applying Kyusho (pressure points) on his karate training. This video is about applying Kyusho on bunkai (practical application) of karate kata Tekki Shodan / Naihanchi Shodan.
Lionel is not a specialist in Kyusho. He is still learning and just wanted to share with you his vision about karate and kyusho together without altering one or another. It works but kyusho is based on practical application that works already without kyusho. Kyusho just add a deeper level of understanding and aiming for the right targets.
