Penguin Balance Challenge! Don't Rock the Boat!

Counting and Balancing together! Years ago we tried the "Don't Rock the Boat" challenge, but Excite Dog and Imaginary Dave have been asked to try again. So here in 2022, we're trying it with some new variations. Excite Dog counts the penguins while Dave does his best to balance them.
