Before I was a huge Imagine Dragons fan I had only known them through "Radioactive" and "Demons". I told my parents I liked those songs and I got tickets to their concert in 2015. I remember sitting in the crowd listening to their opening to Shots, it was breathtaking. They're just so damn talented and humble. I remember Dan was up on stage talking about eating at a hole in the wall diner in Atlanta, he must have thanked us 20 times during the concert for listening to them. Thank you Dan, Daniel, Wayne, and Ben for all the music you've inspired me with. Your kindness and lyrics have made me a better person.

i never really took these lyrics to heart before. Not to insult anyone but the drums in this were clearly programmed. They don't sound realistic. These were samples. Now obviously live they would use actual drums but at least in the studio the drummer probably didn't have a whole lot to do with how the drums sounded. So I personally would wait until they play it live to say whether or not the drummer is as good as the samples. Which I would say he most likely is but then again the drums aren't actually all that complicated either. And before anyone says I'm just spouting nonsense, I've played drums for 8 years now and I've been mixing music for about 4-5 years so I know what something is when I hear it. And again I'm not insulting anyone because I actually love this song I just wanted to state a fact. And I applaud the sound engineer who did the mix that makes the drums and song sound perfect.
