i think maybe its because there's wong yukhei and then huang xuxi?

he is from Hong Kong and the pronunciation in Cantonese (the language used in Hk) is Wong while in Mandarin (the language used in mainland China) is pronounced as Huang. Same goes for Renjun, they have the same last name but one in mandarin pronunciation and the other in cantonese. (hope this helped)
