I never thought about how much time I waste on my phone daily. Imagine all the amazing things I could accomplish, the memories I could create, and the connections I could make if I didn't spend all day scrolling mindlessly. It's crazy to think about how phones have become an extension of ourselves, and it's time to take back control. I'm making a conscious effort to set boundaries, prioritize real-life experiences, and nurture meaningful relationships. Thanks for the wake-up call! Let's break free from the screen's grip and live life to the fullest!

Speaking facts! Nowadays seems like phone is life. I see a lot of families on a dining table just tapping in their phones and no conversations no more. Thanks for this great reminder ❤

thank you for drilling this in and reminding people that our generation does not need to succumb to technology addiction, we can go back to becoming deeply connected with each other and the earth and experiencing real lives of our own, not just extreme micro-episodes of every one else’s lives. our day-to-day should not be seeing what our acquaintances ate for breakfast or concerts through an instagram story. same with those people, pictures from time to time are great for memories and to remind us of good times, but we should be living those times much more, and displaying them a lot less. we have gotten too good at performing our lives instead of living them

Great message brother! Just got back from my trip to Bali and it was a much needed experience. I want to solo travel sometime in the future. Would be great to see you make a video about your experience with this and tips for solo travellers (where to stay, what to do, etc.). Enjoy your trip 🫶🏻

I took some time off my cell phone, and I felt good, I enjoyed things, and I realized that I was wasting a lot of time on my cell phone, that's when I started to value my time.Sometimes I fall back into addiction, but I want to get out of it and live life off-screen.

Biggest motivator, everything you said is so true. That's also what i am trying to do, there is so much to life than being on our phones. And i only realise that when i am not on my phone, i am so much aware then.
