It should be noted that sum of all longest diameters "SLD" of target lesions includes the sum of all the SHORT diameters of pathologic lymph nodes.

At approx 7.0, Progressive disease is defined as a 20% or more increase in the sum of all diameters relative to the smallest point (the nadir) while on the study but in the next sentence, the speaker contradicts himself by stating that PD is a 20% increase from baseline to the time-point under study. However, the baseline can be used only if that was when the tumor burden was at its smallest.
