Etching? It's outlining which I always did when 4 to 9 and coloring in my coloring books. I always outlined because if you went a little bit out of the line, you couldn't tell mostly if you outlined after coloring. Remember to color light colors first then darker colors last. White is to help you cover mistakes, scrape off mistake then recolor in white, unless using another color darker, then skip the adding white color. So fun!😀

What if an adenomo continues to grow? Like over 4cm or if it had hormones? Also isn't there one that can look lipid rich on non contrast but actually be a type of lymphoma. Once you get to the wash out phase.

I’d present the guidelines from both endocrine and radiology society to patients, and let them to make an informed decision on f/u plan.
