53:30 this is interesting. Do you have the link for the article? What is the aetiology of these kind of strokes? Seems less likely that it is cardioembolic?

Sure, a good friend of mine, dr. Laurens De Cocker, did his PhD on cerebellar stroke. This is an article onthose small wedge shaped cerebelar infarctions: 19. Ter Schiphorst A et al. (2019) Small obliquely oriented cortical cerebellar infarctions are associated with cardioembolic stroke. BMC Neurol. 19
