With the aim of encouraging the youth of the west to serve the Ahlulbayt (as), we are scouring the globe and kick-starting Ramadan with the first round of auditions to find the next Shia voice. So sit back, relax, get your phones out and share your videos with family and friends. Turn the volume up and witness the Shia Voice.
72 candidates from all around the UK and Europe will be on stage where they will come face to face with the fiercest foursome (a panel of four judges) and compete for a place in the semi finals.

I respect the judges and their previous extensive knowledge but I think they’re a little bit harsh at times. Constructive criticism is important but so is reassuring the participants of their effort and bravery a bit more 🥰

These judges are amazing huge respect to them. However, I feel like they need to consider the way they give their feedback. A lot of the feedback they give is very good however the way the give it can be disheartening to some of these contestants. I do have to say I feel as though the way Sayed Ammar gives feedback is excellent. I can even see in the contestants they appreciate his feedback and seem more calm. It takes a lot to come up on the stage and perform in front of lights, cameras, the crowd and even knowing that the whole world will be watching. To that mashallah to all the contestants for having courage and blessing everyone with their performance. Also thank you to the whole team great show keep it up. One thing I suggest is cutting out the clips of Mulla Ali Fadhil that are inserted while the contestants are performing. I did not understand what he said most of the time since we could not hear him. Other than that great job to the team.

This is an amazing initiative but a few words of advise for some of the judges, we are followers of Ahlul Bayt and not of the other game shows. While criticism is always tough to take for the participants, there are better ways to provide this. It is disheartening to see some of the young reciters getting so down. I pray the harsh criticism does not take away their zeal and love for ahlul bayt.

Salaamun Alaikum, Bismillahirahmanarahim I understand that we want to find all hidden talenys but I have some points to make. I have spoken to a few people regarding my opinions and all have agreed with me. 1. Allah wants us to be moderate in praise. Some contestants got loads and loads of praise, and others got only negative remarks. They should been equal in compliments and criticism. Because of how obvious they were some contestants were sure that they were going to pass and others were obvious about knowing that they were not going to pass. It should mot be obvious. 2. Some contestants were going through puberty and when the judges commented on their pitch, I felt the hurt from their expressions. Its not their fault. They tried their best 3. I found that the older contestants got lots more praise than the younger ones. Teenagers are in a very sensitive period in their life and deserve to be encouraged not put down. I really felt bad especailly for the 15 year old contestant who actually admitted that he didn't get any positive feedback and the comments hurt. He said, its HARD. They take these comments seriously. 4. Who are the judges to judge who is a good shia voice and who isnt. A shia voice isnt about the actaul sound, its about the intention and shia love for the ahlulbayt. A shia voice is the true voice of the lover, because if there is love its a real effective voice. Who are the judges to judge what is in the contestants' hearts. 5. All of them should have won 1000 each and all should have been honoured. I saw tears in the eyes of the young ones who didnt pass. Do you think its right to break their hearts. They are humans being judged in front of the whole world. It will stick with them forever. 6. It is not islam to copy non-muslim style and put people down. This is not the ahklaq of the holy prophet. I am sure that he wouldnt be happy with this. So if my prophet is most likely not happy then I am not. Please consider my words and try to fix your style.☺

MESSAGE FROM MESUM ABBAS ABOUT The Shia Voice on Imam Hussein TV 3this Ramzan every Sunday and Tuesday starting 3rd, April 2022. سلام و یاعلی(ع) مدد ۔۔ ❤️ “ *میثم عباس* کا پیغام قوم کے نام “ أُولَٰئِكَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَهُمْ لَهَا سَابِقُونَ *اور ایسے ہی لوگ بھلائی کے کاموں میں جلدی کرنے والے اور ایک دوسرے پر سبقت لے جانے والے ہیں* (سورہ مومنون آیت ۶۱) ایک ماہ قبل یعنی فروری کے مہینے میں مجھے ایک پروگرام میں مدعو کیا گیا جہاں مجھے بطور نمائندہء اردو زبان اور اردو نوحہ خوانی حاضر ہونا تھا۔ میرے لئیے کاروباری مصروفیات کی بنا پر یہ ممکن نہیں تھا مگر معذرت طلب ہونے کے باوجود جب امام حسین(ع) ٹی وی نے اصرار کیا تو مجھ سے منع نہیں کیا جا سکا کہ امام حسین(ع) ٹی وی ایسا نام ہے جسے دوبارہ انکار کرنا میری اس نام سے عقیدت کے منافی تھا۔ بس امام حسین (ع) کے نام پر قائم شدہ ٹی وی کے حکم پر ۱۰ دن کے لئیے اُس انجمن میں شامل ہوا جہاں، جناب نذر القطری (عربی نوحہ خوانی)، جناب ڈاکٹر عمار نقشوانی ( انگریزی اسکالر)، جناب سید جلال معصومی (قاری قرآن) اور میں راقم الحروف (سید میثم عباس) (اردو نوحہ خواں) کی حیثیت سے بطورِ جج اس کارِ خیر میں شامل تھے ۔۔ یہاں یہ بتانا ضروری سمجھتا ہوں کہ مغرب میں نوجوانوں کا عزاداری کی طرف رجحان اس طرح نہیں ہے جیسا کہ برِصغیر پاک و ہند میں بچپن ہی سے واقعہء کربلا اور رسومات عزاداری کی تعلیم دی جاتی ہے میں خود امریکہ میں پلا بڑھا ہوں تو یہ بات بہتر طریقے سے جانتا ہوں لیکن شکرِ مولا میرے ماں باپ نے میری ایسی پرورش کی کہ آج میں اردو زبان اور برِ صغیر کی رسومات عزاداری کا حصہ ہوں اور اپنے والد کے قائم کردہ ادارے *در حسین (نیو جرسی)* میں بحیثیت خادم بھی مصروف عمل رہتا ہوں۔ تو مسلسل اصرار کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے میں نے یہ سوچا کے مجھے جانا چاہئیے اور دیکھنا چاہیئے یا یوں سمجھ لیں جیسا میرا شرعی فریضہ ہو کہ یہ میرے مظلوم سید و سردار (ع) کے نام پر مجھے حکم ہوا ہے۔ جج بن کر نہیں گیا کیوں کے نیتوں کا فیصلہ بروزِ محشر خود پنجتن(ع) و خالق پنجتن کے ہاتھ میں ہے میں بس اس لئیے گیا کہ جو بچے اور نئے پڑھنے والے ہیں ان کی تربیت و اصلاح میں مددگار ہو سکوں اور یہ بتا سکوں کے جو عمل وہ کر رہے ہیں اس کو مزید بہتر انداز میں کیسے کر سکتے ہیں اور یہ کہ اس کام کے لئے آواز اچھی ہونے سے پہلے خلوص کا ہونا کتنا ضروری ہے اور یقین کیجئیے جب میں وہاں پہنچا تو واقعی دیکھ کر دل خوش ہوا جب محض چھ برس کے کمسن بچے کو مکمل مخارج کے ساتھ تلاوتِ قرآن کرتے دیکھا، کچھ سکھانے کے ساتھ ساتھ کچھ سیکھ کر بھی آیا ہوں بے شک ہماری ذمہ داری ہے کے ہم آنے والی نسل میں اپنا ورثا اور تہذیب منتقل کریں باقی نیت تو مولا جانتے ہیں راضی ہم نے شہزادیِ کونین(س) کو کرنا ہے کسی کو جج کرنا ہمارا کام نہیں بس جتنا آتا ہے جتنا شہزادی نے عطا کیا ہے وہ امانت ہے اور نئی نسل کے حوالے کرنی ہے بہت جلد یہ پروگرام امام حسین ٹی وی پر نشر کیا جائے گا امید کرتا ہوں آپ لوگ محبتوں اور دعاؤں سے نوازیں گے ۔۔ خادمِ عزادرانِ امامِ مظلوم: سید میثم عباس نقوی ♥️ Allah says about these kinds of competitors: They are eager to do righteous works; they compete in doing them. Respect to the judges and their many years of talent and experience but their comments can be very harsh. Watching it made me feel very uncomfortable. They need to adjust their comments to every contestants as you need to be reminded it’s their first time and the young ages especially.

Surprised that the iraqi guy who only spoke Arabic (that couldn't speak English) did not make it through - he had the most amazing voice and read the most amazing latima. I dont know if that was fair. The judges need to be more fair because he did better then most if not all.. just disappointed to be honest.
