Bro do we need to loosen the four pinch bolts on the suspension to tighten the cone set?

It's better to loose the top two pinch bolts before making coneset adjustments. Bottom can be left as it is. I hope this helps❤️

Hammering with the installation tool never hurts. Cuz the tool is not hard as the bearing race. As you know harder material will cause dent or damage to a softer material. Using a material as hard as the race will damage, as you say using a old race will
