I watched this live. Exciting times to be a knicks fan but no other player at the time had me get up my seat so fast except for carmelo's clutch shots against the bulls. If you know you know lol

For a player with a supposed 42" inch vertical, Shumpert keeps his head well below the rim. He most've really been slouching his arm when they took the stand-still measurement.
@RS3-RS10 жыл бұрын
Well here is a quick lesson for you. According to ESPN Iman Shumpert is 6 feet and 5 inches. Here is where the math comes in which I'm not that good at but I'm 99% sure I'm right on this. There are 12 inches in a foot so... 6x12=72 so there is 72inches in 6 feet... 72+5=79 adding the other 5 inches since Iman is 6foot 5inches equals 79inches if you take 79inches Iman height and add 42 inches to that which is his vertical that equals 121inches 79+42=121. So Iman totals 121 inches of height not counting arm length (since you said "Shumpert keeps his head well below the rim".) 121 inches divided by 12inches (number of inches in a foot) gives you 10.08333 feet. The hoop is 10 feet tall. 10.08333-10= .08333 inches and Iman has gotten his head to rim level on dunks before. And he probably doesn't try to jump as high as possible for every dunk. Do you want his head a football above the rim?
@Rafayelle569 жыл бұрын
Hilton Magic Hilton you just owned that guy
@ChewyHighHAD9 жыл бұрын
Hilton Magic His head is below the rim on every dunk in his career, including alley-oops when it's easy to jump. There is no 42 inch vertical here.

Dirtnastyswedishman i say most u give me 2 lol...nah but i cant front there some gd 1z 4 sure but i mean considerign hes supposed ot be considered a premiere dunker in this generation i cant say i was wow'd very often from these
@Dirtnastyswedishman8 жыл бұрын
agthaog1986 I agree he isn't a premier dunker, but his Windmill and Putback were two of the cleanest dunks I have ever seen. BTW 1-6 means 1 to 6 = 1+2+3+4+5+6. So that is more than 2 of my math is correct.
@agthaog19868 жыл бұрын
Dirtnastyswedishman well if thats the case i definitely would say it wasnt that great. 6-1 had some gd ones but they were at lest 2 dry ones a well. im not hating im just saying nowadays i've seen alot of better in game dunks as well as in general
