something i learned after 10 years of having my cat is that you are apparently not supposed to put the water and food together, i think thats why mimi likes to drink from the fountain now. It also helps that its higher up because water and food should apparently be on different hights

@@puffyfaith8312 google answers, generally I've found with owning cats as well, that they don't like to smell their food while drinking water. I usually have water in a different spot now in the kitchen. "his is thought to be their instinctive avoidance of contaminating their water with potential sources of bacteria." aka not to hunt where you drink, a good instinct tbh.

I've almost finished my first 5 year one and its cool to look back on what you were doing on that day for the past 4 years and seeing how you overcome problems and also remind yourself of good times you may have forgotten.
