Lester, you need Ostrich Spooky Sticks positioned around the pasture, especially at the gates. It would be like your Spanky Stick for the longhorns and horses. But with ostriches (ie Angry Bird Carl) you just need a branch off one of your trees. Just something that stands taller than Carl when you lift it up and maybe similar thickness to an ostrich neck. Whenever you've held up thick branches in the past Carl freaks out at the sight of something bigger than him and runs. Not sure if it would always work, especially when Carl is super red and hormonal, but it's an option. Could have been useful in this instance. And all you need is to just save a few thicker branches and keep them in reach around the pastures and gates Carl might be near.
