Motus how in the hell do you overcome that fear of doing tricks outside ? learn backflip , sideflip , double kong anything in the gym . I go outside and i shat myself :)) , Any tips ?

If you can do flips on the spring floor in the gym, then you can easily do flips into sand outside(like a sand volleyball court or something). The first time i ever did a back flip outside was right after a gym session. I hurt my shoulder a little bit cause my landing wasn't good, but I learned from it and i havn't gotten hurt doing a backflip since.

No spring floor here , in bucharest we have a little gym with concrete floor and we do all the tricks on some matresses (diffrent sizes) . I can do a frontflip no problem , i'm stuck at that mental barrier for an easier trick

Over there in europe they call it a catpass. Catpass is the same as a kong just another term. We might say cat leap but they say arm jump. If we had a conversation id understand what they meant and vice versa.
