When they found this unjust by Jellyfish, the K-Starlights began organizing a boycott of Season's Greetings, they would not buy until Jellyfish made an official statement clarifying and resolving the issue. Below is the official Jellyfish note about what happened: "Hello, this is Jellyfish Entertainment. There are lots of fan questions about the third VIXX mini album "Kratos" and the N credits for the creation of the Desperate choreography. Before launching "Desperate," both the N and a dance team from outside Jellyfish worked hard creating several different choreographies until we could come to a decision. As a result, the decision was to choose the choreography of the contracted dance team, so when the album was printed, the credit went to NANASCHOOL for the production of the choreography. At that time, after completing the works, we realized that the full version of N fit the music better, according to the company's judgment, so we decided to stay with it instead of the other. But the decision was made when the first set of albums had already been printed, so there was no N-name in the credits, and you can not change that. The first album of "Kratos" albums without the pro N credits became a problem. In order to produce better content, we invite the dance team during the N production process to obtain information, and as a result, although it is late, we decided to give credits to the N by choreography. We deeply apologize in causing this confusion and inconvenience to the fans. The second edition of the album will contain credits for the N in print, already being licensed both in Korea and internationally.
