Its played by a TAS (Tool Asisted Speedrun), basically a bot, is a gameplay imposible for a human. In theory all that we are seeing its posible (not for humans most of the cases) if done or input at the exact frame. Its used for speedruners so they can explore or come up with new tricks or tactics in their speedruns and just for show like this video.
