Sir, for IMC the number of fishes to be stocked in a pond depends on the surface size of pond or water capacity of pond? Because I have an agricultural farm pond of about 1 acre with a depth of about 20 feet, it's water holding capacity is about 12500 M3 (1.25 cr litres) How many fish I can stock? Thanks

Per acre 5000 when depth is 6 feet You can go with double capacity and add one aerator Because when depth is too high natural stuff not available across the vertical columns

@@hussainalimukadam3720 regular exchange of water for irrigation should be avoided, as it changes the water parameters. It also reduces the plankton production. Also FCR increases. Still if u want u can make but it hardly increases oxygen level.
