Tbh, a mod where you can open the chest cavity of mobs and take their organs to upgrade yourself is actually a pretty cool idea. If I had made a mod like this, I would make everything the same except for organ rejection, with some exceptions. I might have also made it edit your appearance. Like if you put in ender dragon wings, it shows wing on you character and it decreases protection from armor because you had to cut a hole for the wing to stick out, but you can now fly very fast. Or putting in a creature spine makes you the hight of said creature. I haven't made a mod though. Maybe all this stuff would be extremely hard to do. I d'know.
