The reason you don't get energy is because you need solar panels to gather it the batteries to hold the energy and you must have the energy needed in order for things to work as you keep trying to use more energy then you have stored in the batteries which overloads your machines this is why it's not working you must have some energy stored up first put solar panels down and batteries first then wait until you have some energy
