Because it's an MDCAD mostly options will be correct but we should choose more appropriate one . propanone and water both are polar but polar molecules having a dipole - dipole attractions, on the other hand we can say both thay form hydrogen bonding as hydrogen bond is formed between hydrogen ion and highly partial negative ion here is Oxygen . Assalamoalaikum! Sir chloroform is volatile in nature, volatility in directly related to vapour pressure and V.P is inversely related to B.P that's why volatility in inversely related to B.p as a result chloroform boils at low temperature , it's boiling point is low . On the other hand Iodine has high polarizebility and poles are created that's why due to larger size it's boiling point is high according to page no 93 the label shows that iodine has high b.p then ammonia it's molar heat of vaporisation is high it changes into liquid at high boiling point according to page no.83 table indicated that boiling point of halogen increasing down the group.
