Sell it to BP so you can get the money to buy a not so nice quad that way you don’t feel bad mudding. Also that quad is way to clean to just put big tires on it and send it through the mud. I daily rip my 2007 it works bomb, has 26 inch Htrs no clutch kit needed. It lacks the power being a 400 but it’s perfect amount of power to have fun. Comfy bike too. One thing tho watch how hard you send it they like to go into limp mode when they get too hot

You need to find a first gen 800r and build that. I have one that's built on nitrous etc , they weigh roughly 350 lbs less than the second generation so they really shine power to weight ratio once you start purpose building them.

5:01 Man i got one, its a 2006 we jus got it all fixed up it sat in weather for like 2 years. But its a 2006 bombardier (bomb-bar-de-er) outlander 800, its got a rad relocater and power for days. Man i’ve ACCIDENTLY wheelied it just like full throttling no pulling or anything lifted up a good foot. Things is crazy. Its pretty clean just a bad title and its not as clean bc it sat out. But its still got all the original stickers, its their dark green, you can search it its not bad

Bombardier is a Canadian company that if im remembering right either got bought out, or just changer their name to Can-am its pronouncd bomb-bard-e-ay Its french lol. where im from everyone just posts these as can-ams. the 800s sound nice from that era but ive never ridden one just seen them

Actually, unless I'm mistaken, Can-Am is just a subdivision of Bombardier/BRP. They were making Bombardier/BRP boat motors up until the start of covid, that were branded Evinrude. In theory, it would've been a BRP Evinrude 200hp for example, so for those quads, it would be a BRP Can-Am Outlander... but no one ever calls them BRP Can-Am, its either Bombardier or Outlander for the Gen1 and Gen2 is either Can-Am or Outlander.

@@OffroadJosh902 Yeah, Joseph-Armand Bombardier was the founder, if I remember properly is first vehicule that he made was a cross between a skidoo and a snowplower with a cabin on top or something like that... everyone was calling it the "Bombardier", thus creating the company name... then they started making much more stuff than just "Bombardiers", like ATVs, boat engines, etc... so they went to BRP a decade after or so I believe (seems about right)

I have a Yamaha Kodiak 450 it's perfect for me it's a 2000 ATV I think you need to check out the Kodiaks there insane bikes with independence suspension it's a good mud bike I use it for hauling wood deer hunting trail riding and I can top it out at 56
