My family visited Kilkenny (we are from the U.S) a couple years ago. We only got to spend one day. Yet, we loved it so much we’re coming back this year (2024) and spending an entire week over Christmas to wander around and enjoy the preserved history of this hidden gem. If you haven’t, please do visit. Kilkenny and the people there are wonderful and the history is right in front of you.
