All they need is someone who’s there to understand.. someone to talk to.. therapy doesn’t always help.. sometimes it’s just gotta be someone close to you.. or someone who connects and understand that way… otherwise we keep too much in… until we can’t deal with the pain of it anymore I hope you or once again anyone who reads this is doing good.. and if you aren’t I can’t say it’ll go away… because tbh it really doesn’t.. but it’ll get better.. much better.. once ur at the bottom there is only one way to go and that’s up.. it takes time and is very hard.. but everyone can do it that’s a promise.. you just gotta hold out and believe in urself the same way people like me believe in you:) Seek people to talk to.. ik not everyone can.. but everyone can try😁
