Me personally, I enjoyed waiting for each episode to release and prefer that a lot more because it creates more hype. For a game like that to release all episodes at the same time, people would just play it all in one day which is kind of a waste. Because when playing perfect games, it does not need to be rushed, and I think that's why they did that.

Atomic Heart has been in development for almost six years now. The reason the syncing is off with the mouths is because the studio is Russian - I assume they dubbed the game over for English speakers.

From the official discord, there was an answer that the trailer was originally in Russian (released on official. youtube channel of the game), and the English version was overlaid on top of the ru trailer and was slightly shifted during editing (most likely by accident), since presumably the full English translation is not ready.
