A few months ago i went to the traditional market with my dad, when we were about to go home, there was this man shouting about cheap turtles for soup. We were curious so we approached him and we saw 20 turtles in a sack, alive. My dad was so shocked and immediately told me "we have to free those turtles!" so he bought all the turtles for $32. Long story short we brought the turtles home and put them in a big plastic basin. We had to wait for a few days because we wanted to find the best-hidden place to free them. I fed them veggies every day, but they were so shy they didn't even want to come near me. But then i played this chant of metta and they started coming and finally ate those veggies i gave them! I was so happy because they could feel metta before being freed! :) Sabbe satta sukhi hontu May all beings be happy Sabbe satta avera hontu May all beings be free from enmity and danger Sadhu.. sadhu.. sadhu..🙏

1) Gautama Buddha was the latest Buddha, not the first, only or the last. 2) Whether a voice is beautiful or not shouldn't matter, what matters is is it used for kindness or not. Furthermore, beauty is in eye of beholder. You might think a voice or face is beauty but someone else might not.

i now chat this in the AM and PM. During the day I practice 3 RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS...... A NICE WORD, $ to the poor, feed stray dogs here in the Philippines. Welcome a stray kitten into my home in the PM if home or early evening and feed her too. Pinoys dislike dogs and cats because unlike chickens, we can not eat them. The only down side to chanting is that no amount of chanting can eliminate the the SUFFERING OF ALL BREATHING THINGS. SAD but also HOPEFUL. NAMATESTE :-) LA DE DA

Alas, the only way to free anyone from samsara and all kinds of suffering, is to become one with the universe, a tathagata by letter transcription or dhatagata by pronunciation. In other words, becoming a buddha enables one to really leave all kinds of suffering, for there is no bliss or enjoyment either.

on the first day, i still had not realized that the government started to impose a partial lockdown till i decided to give up attending the Ceremony in the Monastery, located in central Jakarta, Indonesia. the situation started to be panic-stricken after the government declared to curb virus spread by imposing partial lockdown, quarantine. by the time i finished praying in the monastery, led by the Monk, an officer approached me. he asked me rudely if i did not realize that the virus had spread. "Where do you live, Bro?, and don't you know that we have to lock the monastery?" - that i came to realize that devotees would not be allowed to attend the ceremony/prayer. i started to apply virtual praying after i found the video pf Daily Buddhist Pali chanting and the Chant of Metta. since, my surrounding was not Buddhist, but Moslem, so i just used headset for chanting
