Last week it week it turned out many had never sewn and this week they all seem convinced that runway package is the most important aspect of gameplay. Joella’s mattress look is why she is known for her looks like I’m obsessed. So happy y’all gave this ep a time to reference Joella lol. I’m so sad she left bc she was making great tv in and out of untucked so I was expecting untucked to stop being entertaining after she left but the untucked in ep 5 was so entertaining like I was cackling. This season the girls are not afraid to make good tv which I’m so happy about. Also so happy this twist is over I thought it was gonna be used for a production favorite towards the end of the season so when Arriety got saved I was shocked. It really was just as simple as the 1 and 7 levers so ig it wasn’t rigged necessarily.

at risk of sounding like a hater, i think this challenge really drew attention to how not diverse this season is?? like so many of the iconic moments being referenced were from big girls of color, but the people doing the recreations were largely skinny white twinks

Why on earth is anyone taking anything Joella said or did at face value is beyond me it's very clear she knows exactly what she's doing and the saddest thing is it seems to be working. The way I have been counting down in my head for this recap since last Friday night, thank you thank you thank you! Edit: I thought it was weird that the moment Joella got was from the same episode as the Shangela-Mimi sugar daddy drink throwing incident, which is one of the most iconic moments of all time, like Mimi with the weird mouth-eyes is even sitting right next to Mariah in the reference clip they showed, so for a millisecond I got really excited only to be left confused. It was a strange choice, I thought. Edit again: on the topic of underdog storylines, I really am enjoying Lexi, but I feel like the kum-ba-ya girls thing was a serious tactical error on her part. Like go ahead and be shady to the other girls if they are bugging you, but giving them a name like that is basically doing free PR marketing work on their behalf. The cool girls all being like we don`t want to sit with those misfits in the cafeteria is already a shady stance, but giving them a name just galavanizes them as team underdog, its very heathers vs boogers but its backfiring.
