Mine are blinking white even if they are connected. How do i get rid of the white light?

I'm assuming that the sound quality is wonderful . But it has a serious problem , The led display in the case is going off and not showing the number properly I claimed warranty but they didn't fixed this and another problem is the touch many times doesn't work properly . Today I send again for warranty if they doesn't fix it . I'll complain about this product . From Dhaka BANGLADESH . Wish imilab will is going to fix it .
