I did these exercises for the first time today and I'm tired. I even took a break. But I have a very good impression after finishing the lesson. I am 72 years old and I go to the gym every day and run 2 miles on a treadmill plus regular exercise. Apparently, not all my muscles are equally developed. Thank you. I will twist my arms with you in the morning.

I fully believe this video got me out of two plateaus I hit in my weight loss journey. I had 30lbs to lose back in June. I found you in October. I had hit a plateau in Sept, so I tried it. Lost 3lbs that month, hit another recent plateau recently. Got back on track and I'm down 3 again! TY for this easy wonderful video!!! I'm down 17 total with only 13 more to go. So elated!😍

Iim 48 years old single mom of 5 an overseas worker here in Qatar. I just want to say thank you for sharing us this video's cause of work pressures and pandemic anxiety I did not noticed that I'm on stress eating till I saw a wieghing scale and check my weight i was surprised to see 61 kgs oh no..after trying these exercises after 4 days I already lose 2 inches on my waist...I am now excited to continue doing this .till My next weight in.GOD BLESS YOU

Omg! I was skeptical but I did this right before bed--actually as much as I could do while sitting on my bed (leaning to the side to do the full arm circles). I fell asleep in 20-25 minutes with no melatonin (we’re out) AND I have just woken up (literally! No coffee yet, even!) after THE best sleep of 11 hours **straight.** No waking up in the middle of the night, at all. This matters for weight loss because your body makes the most human growth hormone (needed for estrogen-testosterone balance and to fight making too much cortisol) when you’re asleep. My shoulders and upper back feel like a wet noodle. I had no idea I was full of tension there! Thank you, thank you, thank you, @Imi’s Bigan Yoga! This is my new bedtime ritual.

I too use melatonin for sleep. Hope this will eliminate the need for melatonin and sleep hypnosis.

Dear Imi I started today and feel fantastic, I am 64 years old and had gain 30 kg because stopped smoking and because of the age, these exercises are amazing helping to shape your body without too much effort. Thank you very much for your teachings I am your FAN. LOVE YOU

@angela padua, I agree 💯 percent, Easy workouts without any equipment is what I need for Energy…I’m just getting use to working out again…Because I was Hospitalized for 8 months fighting for my life with Coronavirus and Pneumonia and Fighting Cancer every day…I couldn’t walk or talk…However, I manifested myself back to Life with the help of God’s Grace… So doing slow and simple movements is good for my body… I already feel something going on and I just did something today…Part 2 of my life is Storytelling about my Trials and Tribulations. I’m mostly at home 🏠.. So I need exercises like this👍🏽🙏🏾🙋🏽‍♀️🥰

I love this. i also do "Fitness With Cindy" Senior Strength". Very doable (like this one), but u can sure feel it ramp up your circulation and raise your heart rate! I also follow one of these with 5 minute 'target exercise for 1) arms, 2) booty by Bailey Brown... I alternate the 2 of them or 3) 'Belly Blaster' by Denise Austin. Denise does all standing moves on this one, so u won't be straining your neck or back.

I LOVE your workouts , Imi , because there's such a wonderful variety . I am choosing this one to do for a while before moving on to another . I have limited range of motion in my left shoulder, so some of these were very difficult, but I just did them slow and best I could do. After a few times, my range of motion has improved greatly. Love these videos thank you.

I Specifically do her exercises for the range of motion benefits, not necessarily weight loss I have a lot of upper body tension and spinal issues, and back pain. Between her twist and turn exercises and yuuka sagawa's posture exercises, they help a LOT

girl, its 23.30 pm in my country and whew, that exercise was VERY SATISFYING. Like, my shoulders are relaxed like sphagetti.. i think im going to get a good night sleep.

В детстве я ходила в санаторный садик для ослабленных детей. В видео, практически все упражнения от туда, из моего детства.)) Смотрела и улыбалась, ощущение, что вернулась в детство)) Эти упражнения эффективны не только для пожилых)) В очередной раз убеждаюсь, что в СССР было ооочень много хорошего и правильного)

Yes, this actually works. But first let me thank you all for your support. My current weight is 83.1 kg. I forgot to update. Along with this exercise I did some changes in routine. My waist is one inch less now( before 37.2" now is 36") One is finish my dinner before 7:00PM and eat my breakfast after 10am. Two is I increase water intake. I drink at least 4 liter room temperature water. I'm happy with results.

Hi, I just tried this exercise this morning. I am 61 and have Hashimotos. (“Low thyroid “). I have been eating gluten free and am reading about increasing mitochondria. This exercise made me feel great. I am going to show it every morning! Thank you!

I just started this workout and really like it. I am 81 years old and it is great for me as I have leg and knee problems. Love that I can get a good workout sitting down. I think this is really going to help me lose weight. I also do your face massage and tongue wiggling. I am so happy that I found your site.

Just completed full video. I lost 31 lbs in 4 months but last 2 months maintaining but not losing. I was 226.6/5’3”/78 years old and doing Medi-Fast. I did not do much exercise mostly beginners Zumba for 10 minutes. I have slow metabolism due to Thyroid which I take 88 mg daily. I did not know about Brown Fat cells. Look forward to see results again. I’ll take picture before and after. Thank You for your sharing your knowledge and experience with us.

Hi imi Im a woman 20 years old and Im european and asian so I can be very thin like in Asia because my Skeleton is small build before I put on weight I used to be xxs or under sometimes and I ate well btw but I gain weight realy quik since I Turned 19 and took the pill and because of my European genes like in a couple of weeks I can be back where I started so I have to realy watch my diet and I exercise a lot but not with much result but since I have been doing your massages and exercises I feel beter not only fysical but mentaly and that has a good in pact on my body now im finaly seeing results I do gym and teakwondo to and I diet and do your massages to Im very thankfull I found your video’s your the best

I am 59, I could hold myself in good and slim conditions until 3 years ago, when they locked us dowen because of corona. After this I had a sitting fulltime job and now I feel I will never lose my fat again. It feel like stagnation forever. But now I will do your exercises. Very interesting what you are telling.

Hi everyone! Thank you Imi for all you’re wonderful exercises and massage techniques! You are changing lives! I’m so grateful! I’ve been doing this workout, the other swing your arms workout and sometimes the swing legs workout for the past 3-4 weeks and have gotten visible results! I do them everyday! My waist is narrower, so are hips and arms, back fat is almost gone and I am obese to start with 😔. I have also started eating a starch diet based on starch solution so am starting to see pounds drop too. Not strict diet but I’m trying. Keep going everyone ! We can do this God willing!

@@BeStill1983 look up starch solution , best possible way of knowing what to eat, I typically eat 4 slices of toast for breakfast with a little jam , sometimes will have milk tea or green tea, for lunch rice with lentils, or mashed potatoes, or chick peas in tomato gravy, basically following starch solution, except sometimes I eat meat/ dairy, but I’ve cut out oil for the most part

I want to join and still cannot find JOIN button even by your picture. I just turned 69, overweight but I have been loosing a little each month. I walk and do some yoga but mostly I’m out of shape. I started with Imi in February and it is only April and I am looking so much better!!! My weight is even dropping more than it usually has. I even have a new man in my life I am so confident! My shoulders and neck are destroyed from Lyme disease. I am able to do your workouts. However I will never have a full range of movement . I'm not interested in losing weight so much as improving shoulder mobility. Very happy I found your channel

Obrigada Imi estava mesmo a precisar de ativar as minhas células, nunca fiz isso nem sabia que se podia fazer , não sou gorda mas há algum tempo no último confinamento fiquei muito sedentária e fiquei com a barriga e os pneus das costas muito grandes, não quero emagrecer no resto do corpo, obrigada por partilhares,um abraço de Portugal

I hope I am not too late. I have been trying to slim down due to being too overweight. I have been sliming through diet. My original weight is 64kg and age is 43. Now my weight is 58.8kg but it has not been moving down for few months. I am so glad I saw your video. Just try it and I feel good. Hope it help to break my 58kg to be able to move down even more.

Came accross this video and I've just hit the subscribe button. My right shoulder had been my problem since the year 2000, had therapy back in 2015 and now my shoulders are assymetrical.

Well... I realized I am not no longer as flexible as when I was younger. I am 63 and started the exercises today, and I feel my belly burning. Actually, it is a very good sensation. Hope the cells were activated and are in their way out of my body!! Let's keep moving. Thank you.
