Good vid. Y'all are entertaining AF hahaha Just a piece of advice, the careless adapter should be pointed slightly upwards. Having it down a little bit like in the video could trap moisture which may prematurely kill off that rear O2 sensor

nah the brackets never lined up, but its still really sturdy and i think his o2 sensor did go bad because in the video we had that little adapter pointing down and water got into it and ruined the sensor

Sort of yes People do run downpipes with no tune (using o2 sensor spacers) but the car will not know how to properly use your new parts to make power without proper ecu calibration

Plus it's a 50.00 fine in CT just to drive it...not to mention the criminal act of tampering with emissions devices and defrauding the DEQ. not worth it IMHO. Why would you have to remove it, doesn't CT do an OBD sensor test for emissions? I know where I live as long as you're not throwing a code your car will pass given that all other safety checks are passed also like tires and brakes.
