I'm a nurse from east Africa doing nursing in Germany most of the things you shared are totally different on my side. Even responding to the bell most of responders a Nursing students. Regardless of the color. Which is okay. You are there to learn. Most of the things are important requirements for example Language. Why would you go to nursing without language skills? On my side I'm very comfortable. Nursing in Germany is one of the most tollerant jobs as there is a high scarce of Nurses. If a collegueor a boss mistreat me today tomorrow I have another job. I know I'm needed

Were i work is totally different, we are all equal infact we are 3 africans so far i have only met one from one of our staions, no harassment, we have our own uniforms with names on ,so no sharing,it depends were you work too, otherwise all the best to the ones joining the course and work 😅😅

I dont really understand what's ugly.. To cut yr nails short...ist Hygiene...n to avoid to hurt patients...i know Patients who Loves us!! It depends if you have Empathy n Humor....a nurse is doing Dokumentation n the Bell rings etc and the student ist sitting...who shld go ?? What i can say. Some workers wenn they see us working in Nursing like them n we r foreigners they r like jealousy N wonders how you made it. That i accept..But you have nice videos kabisaa. I do follow

About the bell i work in anursing home it depend with the boss because where i work every one is equal and when the bell ring the white also go no one is special unless you want to be used just stand for your self whether helfer or Fachkraft and no one will bully you around working with white people is difficult but always show them they cant use you and the will respect you never keep quite
