Thanks for watching. Yes that happened with us as well. We created a separate letter of explanation for this, and entered the form number, section number, and then all details. Write short names in your original forms, and full names in letter of explanation in such a way that IRCC can refer the details. Hope this helps. Please subscribe 🙏😊

I need a confirmation in 'questionnaire' section B for refugee claims (Q3 and Q4). I made refugee claims in 1983 during my visit to Canada during those years and was denied. Does this affect the result of the PGP application?

Hello thanks for watching. Please mention all your past details in this application as well wherever is asked, because IRCC would already know this, so it’s not a good idea to hide anything. Hi, this has been causing me some anxiety, particularly with regards to question number 6 on form 5669 regarding Background Declaration on the spousal visa application “Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever: (d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or Visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? I recently realized that I made an error on submitting application (outland) by mistakenly checking the "No" box. In truth, I had a prior visa refusal for a Visitor visa to Canada back in the year 2020. I am now uncertain about the necessary steps to rectify this situation. Do I need to raise a webform in IRCC? Your reply is highly appreciated.

Hi. If you had your visitor visa rejected before, even then you must have your UCI number. So IRCC will know if you had any previous application with them or not. I am not sure if you can rectify this, but raising a webform would be a safe option. Hope this helps.

I have previously studied in Italy for two years, so my degree and the residential lease are in Italian. Will I have to get my lease translated into English and submit it as a supporting document for Section H: Addresses?

Hello, thanks for watching. Yes, you are right. As per the instructions, they only need last 10 years of info, or since 18th birthday. Thanks for the video I am bit confused to see repeated months. I applied my wife's citizenship application and I mention dates like "From 2020/05 to 2021/04" and next date starting form next month "From 2021/05 to 2022/08". Her application got approved and IRCC did not rasied any issue with it.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My wife only submitted her university degrees (bachelors and masters). Nothing from grade 10 or 12. Mothers name should be same as mentioned in applicants passport. Maiden name is not required here for mothers. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe:)

That is only for the people who are the principal applicant or all you are including them in your application so let’s say your dependents or children. If you are not sponsoring your parents or not, including your parents in this application, then you don’t need to fill any information about your parents in this question. @@thevikkedengineer you need to submit the IMM5669 again as many times IRCC askes for it. Also, you need to get a new birth certificate for yourself with the new name of your mother.
