I am filling most of the forms by myself and then my wife signs the forms where she needs to. Sometimes we do screenshare. I am guessing the sponsor fills the forms usually in all cases. Do we still need to fill this form. Is there a way that IRCC will know if it was the sponsor filled the form instead of the principal applicant . Regards.

URGENT Scenario: The SOWP application was submitted earlier and the file is now withdrawn. Now at the time of submitting a spousal sponsorship application, the status of SOWP is "Withdrawn". - I have an official letter from IRCC. The UCI was issued at that time. I do have UCI for my spouse so q4 of Section A will be filled out because it is known. What to write in q3 in Section A of this form?
