Butter at room temperature 70 g / 2.5 oz.
Sugar 70g / 2.5oz.
Milk 45 ml / 1.5 fl oz.
3 eggs, separate the yolk from the white.
Flour 115 gr / 4 oz.
Sodium Bicarbonate 8g / 0.3oz.
Divide the dough into two 18cm diameter tins lined with baking paper.
3 egg whites.
Sugar 150g / 5.2oz.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Beat for 6-7 minutes until this consistency is reached.
Almonds 30 gr / 1 oz.
Bake at 170°C/340°F for 25 minutes.
Milk Cream 33% 200 ml / 6.7 fl oz.
Powdered sugar 90 gr / 3 oz.
Cream cheese 300 g / 10.5 oz.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Bevor der obere Kuchen auf die Torte drauf gelegt wird, schneide ich ihn schon in die gewünschte Anzahl an Stücken. So wird die Torte beim Schneiden nicht so zusammengedrückt und bleibt in der ursprünglichen Höhe erhalten. Ansonsten mache ich alles genauso, On meine Sahnefüllu gebe ich gern noch eingekochte Stachelbeeren hinein. Das nennt sich bei uns auch Ozeantorte oder Hansen-Jensen-Torte. Man kann auch unter der Sahneschicht gekochten Rhabarber, den man in Pudding einrührt auf den unteren Boden bringen und darauf die Sahneschicht füllen. Schmeckt superlecker.
