awesome work! shouldn't you put the probe on the sugar cane because it builds up quicker? Otherwise won't you get an overflow of sugarcane even when the seeds are low?

The sugarcane does not produce as much as the seeds so it needs to be run longer. A more complex system to balance the tanks would be a better solution. The two systems would need to be separated so the cloches for the appropriate resources will turn on.
