Recently, I went all out with the immersion. I used all these mods, and had a few real life items as well. For example, when I sat to drink beer, I would drink beer out of a goblet in real life. Same goes for bread, sitting in an actual chair when seated in the game, and even to the extent of actually flipping the pages of a large book when reading. These simple things really add a lot more immersion to the game and I highly recommend trying them sometime.

VRIK is something I never imagined would be possible, I remember the first body mod had solid arms and crouching made you see inside your body as it didn't follow you in any way so it was kinda useless apart from some novelty, also armor mods had to have a patch to be visible but now they all work automatically The combination of VRIK with it's holsters and Simple Realistic Archery VR definitely change the entire game, it's so much better and archery is a lot more balanced as you can no longer spam like crazy. Need to take another look at MageVR I think because I had a lot of trouble getting it to recognize the shapes I made But god damn I am happy that VR supports mod about as well as the special edition does, it really is the greatest VR game on the market purely because you can get thousands of hours of quest mods and turn the game into whatever you want. Really needed when most of the VR library consists of short games

Got SVR when it dropped, but have just been waiting until I could see my body and gestures, cast spells organically, see the bow come into its own properly and especially to be able to sit down and look up at the sky while I relaxed from all the exploring. After 1,667 hours played, with most of that spent just soaking up the atmosphere (or researching mods in the background), it's been about a 3 year break and this is exactly what I've been holding out for. Hello, Excellent video! I purchased skyrim vr last night and after playing the vanilla version for a few hours and getting through alot of the opening, I decided I wanted to start to the rabbit hole. I installed vortex, got signed in and started installing the mods that I want. I enabled them in vortex for skyrim vr and it has them all green and checked as if they are good to go. Also, I did go into the skyrimprefs.ini file and add the 2 required lines of text before saving the document and exiting. The mods still fail to load in game however and it only seems to allow me to run it vanilla. I have seen on some other tutorials that the user needed to go C:/LocalDisk/Users/(USERNAME) App Data/........ ect When navigating this path it is supposed to take you to a series of folders containing files for Skyrim SE and Skyrim VR. The user is supposed to copy a few files or texts from Skyrim SE into SkyrimVR....at least this is what I have seen from a few tutorials. However I don't seem to have a Skyrim SE folder anywhere on any of my drives where all the tutorials claim that I SHOULD have. The mods don't REALLY require 2 copies of the game do they??? Also furthermore, I don't even have the APP DATA folder under C:/LocalDisk/Users/(USERNAME) like there should be. I'm horribly lost and confused on what I missed or did wrong. Or if I was doing it correctly I just don't know why the certain folders aren't in my directory. I know this was incredibly long and I apologize. Just don't know where to turn for aid. Liked your video and subbed as well. Hope to hear from you. Keep up the good work!

I don't know, maybe I am a total moron, but I would really like to use the glyphs. I can't even slot the spell: 1. I am choosing the spells for both hands from the menu. 2. Then, I am holding right grip and drawing the glyph (should I be pulling right or left trigger? or don't use triggers? tried every option), then after release shortly clicking left grip. 3. In this moment the spells should cast to confirm, that they're slotted, but nothing happens. The glyph occurs, but no spell. Maybe it's important - I am also using VRIK.
