Hi Brad, I'm located outside the US, I applied for I-601 Waiver of Inadmissibility on 5 September 2019 due to CIMT convictions. Yesterday, I received a RFE stating DOS record shows I have a pending IMMIGRANT Visa Application without evidence that I was interviewed by a Consular officer. I was asked to submit evidence that I was denied a Non-Immigrant visa application. I do not know which pending IMMIGRANT visa application is being referred to and how to respond the RFE. I only have evidence of refusal by a consular due to CIMT in 2008 of Non-Immigrant Visa.

If you're married and gone for interview 2x and after 2yrs you got a letter from uscis that you're have been given a remover order, you went to immigration court your file is not there you went to ICE immigration your file is not there what should you do

Hey brad my friend got approved for i130 did the interview and has been waiting for over 120 day for a decision, she did not bring her birth paper or medical to the interview, because she had previously submitted all the required documents should she be concerned? What should she do?
