Hi! Paano po kapag unemployed and fresh graduate po ako? Serves as grad gift kasi saakin ni Auntie yung pagpunta ko ng Canada. Red flag po kaya yun? Pero kumpleto ako sa documents, I have (1) Affidavit of support, (2) Invitation letter, (3) COE & Bank Statement, (4) Proof of relationship wt sponsor (PSA namin both). Then may kasama po akong guy friend going to Canada. Nagwworry po kasi ako baka red flag ako. First time traveller po kasi ako pero yung friend ko naka-open work permit sya sa Canada.

Hi po! Congrats po! Yes mam, the documents you have right now is enough. The IO will only check po our desire to go back pabalik Ng Philippines and you will need to establish po yan during the interview. To be honest po, the IO’s job is to ensure po na complete lang ang documents naten and ready to go na po! If ever dala din po kayo ng mga ids ng sponsors and special letter of support from them para cgurado. Check the IACAT guidelines din mam to double check (though napostponed po ang implementation, pwede pa din po ito ang gagamiting guide ☺️

sobrang higpit ngayon ng immigration dahil sa human trafficking cases specially sa mga bansa kung saan pweding magamit na drug mule ang mga filipinos. so just be prepared lang guys for strict questioning from IO and for smooth travel make sure to print necessary docs, just in case... based on your statement, you have meetings? so you are giving the IO way to question more like what kind of meeting will it be? so email comms will be required.

Sa pagkakaalam ko (yes expert advice ☺️) - if the officer feels na hindi ka na babalik or TNT or you are stating reasons na magtatagal ka doon over and beyond the limit - then that is a possibility for being offloaded! Yan sir, babalik dapat ang key! ✌️

It is unlikely to be offloaded if you have a settlement visa, but it's always a good idea to be prepared and have all the necessary documents with you just in case. Try to check din po the immigration sites and maybe it may help to ask them directly pag kaya pa ho sa schedule :)

Hi po! Depende po sa country na inyong pupuntahan and purpose of the visit. If tourism or vacation, the question of the IOs normally nakaconcentrate lang po sa date of pabalik and if ano po ang itinerary. Please note na ina-advice din po namen na kayo po ay magvisit sa immigration website for complete and updated details or news. Salamat po and have a safe trip! :)

Normally po ok naman ang photocopy and pinaka important po talaga sa ating Immigration officer ay maestablish po naten na tayo ay babalik po agad sa Pinas! Hindi pa tayo nakakaalis, miss na po nila tayo agad hehe! 😉
